Psy@Work required to combine technology and psychology to provide multi-lingual e-Coaching in the workplace for large multi-national organizations and end-users all around Europe… SIEGMA conceived and developed the whole platform allowing to ingest and render profile based multi-lingual content including the dynamic assessment questionnaires and sophisticated formula-based results, the weekly sessions, tools, goal settings, and tasks, as well as daily feedback and e-mail reminders, progress, and goals calendar widget. The company also required statistical tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the treatments and generate demographics based statistics.
